Brooksville, Florida (November 15, 2023) – On Wednesday November 15, 2023, the city of Brooksville staff could be seen on Main Street gearing up for the holidays in historic downtown Brooksville.
The holidays have been a special time for the City of Brooksville as folks from near and far visit downtown to enjoy all the local restaurants and shops as well as special events hosted by our partner, Brooksville Main Street and the Hernando Historical Museum Association. With combined efforts from the City of Brooksville, Hernando County and Brooksville Main Street our beloved city turns into, what feels like, a true hallmark town. We hope to see many in the coming months to enjoy all our city has to offer.
