Notice of Intent

The Procurement Division is issuing this "Notice of Intent" to advise that the City of Brooksville intends to award the following contracts in response to a bid solicitation, plans to utilize other governmental or cooperative purchasing entities bids, or award a sole source contract for procurement of the following:

Sole Source Items will be posted for a period of 15 calendar days.  Please contact the Procurement Division, in writing, prior to expiration of the notice, to advise if your company wishes to protest the sole source purchase and can provide the items listed.
