Customer Service & Utility Billing

The Customer Service and Utility Billing Division is responsible for water, wastewater, and sanitation billing, customer accounts, service readings, answering customers' questions regarding water, sewer, and garbage billing, collection of cash payments on customer bills, and the recording and posting of these transactions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cashier functions
  • Cashier
  • Customer correspondence
  • Customer records
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining utility information pertaining to meter readings
  • Preparing utility billing
  • Meter service work orders
