Common Code Violations

Overgrown Grass & Litter

The grass is considered overgrown if on developed property and it is over 18 inches tall. Properties must be kept free of litter and debris.

Inoperative or Untagged Vehicles

Inoperative or untagged vehicles must be placed in an enclosed structure or out of public view.

Commercial Vehicles

A resident is able to park 1 commercial vehicle at their residence as long as they own the vehicle and the property. Homeowner Association (HOA) may have restrictions on commercial vehicles, please contact your HOA for more information.

Recreational Vehicle

RVs must not be occupied unless in an RV Park.  An RV can be stored at your residence provided it is in the rear or the side of the property. Homeowner Association may have restrictions on RVs, please contact your HOA for more information.
