This position installs, repairs and maintains water and sewer system components, according to City standards and regulations; ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision. This position requires mechanical aptitude to exercise good independent judgment. Subject to call out in emergencies, scheduled to work nights, weekends and/or holidays on occasion as necessary. This position is supervised by the Crew Leader with ultimate oversight by the Public Works Supervisor. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with one (1) year experience working in water and sewer line construction and maintenance or comparable experience. This is a full-time, hourly position starting at $11.09 per hour with great benefits to include paid holidays, sick and vacation leave, medical, dental, life insurance and retirement plans. Applications will be accepted for this position until filled.

Highly technical position in the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical power, control and instrumentation systems at city-owned water, wastewater and reclaim water installations. Primary functions are directed through and supervised by the Utilities Superintendent.
