Uptown Art Gallery - Call for Art Print

altA Touch of Blue

The Uptown Art Gallery would like a submission of 3 to 5 paintings - all including a touch of BLUE. This exhibit will coincide with the Brooksville Florida Blueberry Festival.  The artwork must be submitted on March 4, 2017 between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  The color BLUE must appear in ALL paintings and artwork.  Be Creative and Have Fun!

All subjects and mediums are welcome. Student art is encouraged.  Photography, Jewelry, Woodworking, Poetry, Pencil Arts, Multi-Media, Sculpture, Fine Arts, Oil, Acrylics, Pastels, Watercolor, etc.  

All art should be gallery ready to hang with wire on the back of the pictures.  Also, a card attached to the back of the artwork with the medium, the artist's name and price for the artwork.  If it is NOT FOR SALE please state that also.

An artist's reception will be held on March 10, 2017 form 5:30 pm - 7:30  pm.

Monthly Market on Main Street - January 21, 2017 Print

Christmas Tree Collection Print

The City will collect Christmas trees for disposal beginning on Tuesday, December 27, 2016.  Residents should place them at the curb with garbage.  Smaller trees, six (6) feet or less, will be collected with garbage pickup.  Larger trees will be removed by separate collection.  For further information, please call 352-540-3860.
