City Hall Welcomes Moton Elementary School! Print

The "Children's Annual Christmas Tree Decorating" sponsored by the City of Brooksville Beautification Board was a fun-filled, festive event again this year.  On December 12th the Beautification Board Members and City Council Mayor Frankie Burnett welcomed Ms. Lashley's Kindergarten class and Mrs. Kelley's 1st grade class from Moton Elementary School.  Please stop by to see the beauty of their decorated tree on display outside City Hall.

The City of Brooksville established a dedicated funding source for the provision of fire protection services and facilities through the imposition of non-ad valorem assessments, sometimes referred to as special assessments, against certain real property located within the City limits.  The annual fire assessment began in 2012 and continues from year to year.
